This beautiful home built in 2008 has all that you will need for your Big Bear stay. Only 1/4 mile from the lake and a short 1 mile walk to the village. The main floor is open concept with 26 foot soaring ceilings along with a fireplace. The furnishings are high end leather. The kitchen offers all of the modern conveniences of home including a wine refrigerator, gourmet coffee maker and much more. There is a second table for game playing and 2 flatscreen TV’s with dvd players in the home.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and is very large, has a king size bed, 2 chairs it’s own fireplace between the room and the Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd full bath also has a Jacuzzi tub. One of the upstairs bedrooms hosts a king and queen bed along with a crib. The other room has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. All linens are included. There is also a washer & dryer.
The outdoors: The house has an enclosed back yard with a deck. The little kids can run freely in the space. There is a grill along with a table and 4 chairs for summertime outdoor dining. The lake is a short 1/4 mile walk and the village is a mile. The home is 2-3 minutes from the tubing hill and 5-10 minutes from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. There are beautiful views of the Big Bear Pines through all of the windows in this home. There are also decks off of each bedroom.
